Jonathan Arzet
Owner & Engineer
Jonathan is a master electrician and electrical engineer, renowned for his expertise and innovative solutions. Graduating in 2017 from The University Arkansas, he has dedicated many hours to starting Power Sync Solar. Outside of work, he is dedicated to fitness, enjoying intense workout sessions. His true passion, however, is pickleball, where his agility and teamwork makes him a formidable player. Balancing a demanding career with his love for sports, he excels in both arenas.
Andrea Arzet
Owner & Communications
Andrea is NABCEP certified and brings 7+ years of experience in the solar industry. She holds a degree in Music Education, and her talents extend beyond her professional life. She is an avid violinist and enjoys jogging, quilting, and pickleball in her free time, skillfully balancing her career in renewable energy with her love for music and fitness.
Vicki Chew
Project Manager
Vicki has spent the past 27 years as a mortgage lender in Joplin, MO, and is currently the project manager at Power Sync Solar. In her free time, she enjoys propagating plants, gardening, bird watching, and hiking. She has a passion for music and the arts, frequently attending theater, plays, musicals, and ballet. She also does abstract acrylic painting and crafting. Helping people through local non-profits is important to her.

Donald Clark
Design Technician
Donald "Donney" Clark has over 7 years of experience as a CADD Technician and holds a Photovoltaic Associate certification from NABCEP (NABCEP PVA). Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, often going for walks together. In his spare moments, when his wife is busy, he indulges in watching anime and hopes to rekindle his interest in Tabletop RPGs. Additionally, Donald is saving up for a gaming computer to further pursue his gaming interests.
Jaydan Arzet
Installer
Jaydan has 3 years of experience in the solar industry, specializing in both installation and sales. Jaydan is currently pursuing an Engineering degree from MSSU, and is also enlisted in the Missouri National Guard as a Bridge Crew Member. Jaydan has reached his 5 year goal of restoring his classic '77 corvette and enjoys flipping cars. In his free time, Jaydan enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with friends and family.
Amy Trombley
Financial Assistant
Amy has worked in accounting for 20 years. Her experranges from accounts recievable, accounts payable, payroll, finacials, and many other office tasks. She loves working with numbers. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new places with her son, coffee shops, restaurents, yoga, painting, music, movies, card games, her Alaskan Klee Kai, and time with her friends & loved ones.
Johnathon Shember
Installer
Johnathon brings excellence and professionalism to our installing team who specializes in Enphase and SolarEdge systems. He is relentlessly pursuing mastery in the electrical trade, refining his skills with the mindset that excellence is the baseline, not the goal. Off the job, John dominates the golf course and the water alike, where patience, control, and timing in both golf and fishing reflect the same level of focus and precision he brings to work. His commitment to consistency and growth makes him a dependable and highly valued member of the team.
Lexi Arzet
Design & Marketing
Lexi enjoys doing marketing whether is designing a solar trailer wrap to emailing customers .She continues to grow and deepen her understanding of effective branding and outreach strategies while actively seeking new opportunities to expand her knowledge and experience in the marketing field. You can find her working both at Power Sync Solar and at Red Onion Cafe, where she brings the same energy and dedication. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys reading, visiting coffee shops, playing cards, painting, and spending time with her cat. When she’s not busy, she values quality time with her boyfriend and her family.

Abijah Overman
Analytics & Accounting
Abijah brings a diverse educational background to Power Sync Solar, with experience spanning industrial control, biochemistry, and business, including an MBA. His skillset includes accounting, financial analysis, graphic design, and 3D modeling, blending technical and creative expertise. He holds multiple professional certifications across areas such as personal training, soldering, immuno-oncology, and traded securities, demonstrating a wide range of knowledge. Outside of work, Blake focuses on health, self-study, and music, and is currently pursuing the Series 7 exam to expand his investment expertise.
Ryan Garcia
Installer
Ryan is a hardworking solar installer who takes pride in hands on work and doing the job right. Outside of work, he stays committed to his fitness pushing himself in the gym, and maintaining a routine that keeps him string and healthy. He's always looing to learn, whether is a new skill on the job or ways to better himself, and believes real progress comes from effort over time.
