Jonathan Arzet
Owner & Engineer
Jonathan is a master electrician and electrical engineer, renowned for his expertise and innovative solutions. Graduating in 2017 from The University Arkansas, he has dedicated many hours to starting Power Sync Solar. Outside of work, he is dedicated to fitness, enjoying intense workout sessions. His true passion, however, is pickleball, where his agility and teamwork makes him a formidable player. Balancing a demanding career with his love for sports, he excels in both arenas.
Andrea Arzet
Owner & Communications
Andrea is NABCEP certified and brings 6+ years of experience in the solar industry. She holds a degree in Music Education, and her talents extend beyond her professional life. She is an avid violinist and enjoys jogging in her free time, skillfully balancing her career in renewable energy with her love for music and fitness.
Vicki Chew
Office Administration
Vicki has spent the past 27 years as a mortgage lender in Joplin, MO, and is currently the office administrator at Power Sync Solar. In her free time, she enjoys propagating plants, gardening, bird watching, and hiking. She has a passion for music and the arts, frequently attending theater, plays, musicals, and ballet. She also does abstract acrylic painting and crafting. Helping people through local non-profits is important to her.
We have a dedicated and creative team that works hard to create products that the customer will be satisfied with in the long term. Comprised of a diverse group of people, we value both the needs and the voices of our individual team member and the team as a whole.

Donald Clark
Office Technician
Donald "Donney" Clark has over 7 years of experience as a CADD Technician and holds a Photovoltaic Associate certification from NABCEP (NABCEP PVA). Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée, often going for walks together. In his spare moments, when his fiancée is busy, he indulges in watching anime and hopes to rekindle his interest in Tabletop RPGs. Additionally, Donald is saving up for a gaming computer to further pursue his gaming interests.
Jaydan Arzet
Office Administration
Jaydan has two years of experience in the solar industry, specializing in both installation and sales. Jaydan is currently pursuing an Engineering degree from MSSU, and is also enlisted in the Missouri National Guard as a Bridge Crew Member. His current goals are to finish restoring his classic Corvette and to complete his degree. In his free time, Jaydan enjoys playing pickleball and spending time with friends and family.
Lauren McMain
Office Administration
Lauren has worked in Office Management and Accounting for several years. She is very detail oriented and inquisitive, and enjoys problem solving to make processes more efficient. In her spare time, Lauren is an avid reader, and has a goal of writing her own book and getting it published one day.
Jacob Adams
Installer
Jacob has been with Power Sync Solar as an installer for over a year and a half. He is also our licensed drone pilot, taking aerial pictures at various job sites and completed projects. Jacob is also a commercial pilot who is currently working on becoming a certified flight instructor. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, flying, riding his motorcycle, and knife making. He enjoys going to coffee shops and enjoying the simple things in life with his wife.
Lexi Arzet
Marketing Specialist
Lexi is a hardworking and friendly face you’ll see at both Power Sync Solar and Red Onion. She loves reading, coffee shops, and slow evenings.
When she’s not working, Lexi enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and her family.

Abijah Overman
Analytics & Accounting
Abijah brings a diverse educational background and skillset to Power Sync Solar, having excelled in disciplines ranging from industrial control to biochemistry and at academic levels from vocational training to a Master of Business Administration. His competencies and experience extend from accounting and financial analysis to graphic design and 3D modeling. He holds a slew of professional certificates demonstrating achievement in areas as disparate as personal training, soldering, immuno-oncology, and traded securities. In his free time, Blake prioritizes health and fitness, self-study, and music. He values weight training, making vegetable juice, playing tennis, and jogging, while also being an avid music collector and recreational DJ with a talent for programming and re-editing tracks. His current goal is to pass the Series 7 exam to further his knowledge of investments.
