What is Agrivoltaic?
It's the practice of using the same exact piece of land for both farming and generating solar power. Instead of solar panels and agriculture competing for space, the panels are raised above the crops or livestock, creating a mutually beneficial partnership where the land produces.
Why would I need this?
Both farmers and land stock owners can benefit from an installed Agrovoltaic system. They can protect there livestock and plants from the elements while, at the same time, producing energy for water and electrical systems, offsetting energy costs and making operations cheaper.
