Jonathan Arzet

Owner & Engineer

Jonathan is a master electrician and electrical engineer, renowned for his expertise and innovative solutions. Graduating in 2017 from The University Arkansas, he has dedicated many hours to starting Power Sync Solar. Outside of work, he is dedicated to fitness, enjoying intense workout sessions. His true passion, however, is pickleball, where his agility and teamwork makes him a formidable player. Balancing a demanding career with his love for sports, he excels in both arenas.

Vicki Chew

Project Manager

Vicki has spent the past 27 years as a mortgage lender in Joplin, MO, and is currently the project manager at Power Sync Solar. In her free time, she enjoys propagating plants, gardening, bird watching, and hiking. She has a passion for music and the arts, frequently attending theater, plays, musicals, and ballet. She also does abstract acrylic painting and crafting. Helping people through local non-profits is important to her.

Andrea Arzet

Owner & Communications

Andrea is NABCEP certified and brings 7+ years of experience in the solar industry. She holds a degree in Music Education, and her talents extend beyond her professional life. She is an avid violinist and enjoys jogging in her free time, skillfully balancing her career in renewable energy with her love for music and fitness.
